Rizz Card is positioned for AI agents and automated workflows that need a fast, practical way to spend in the real world. References to an AI agent obtaining, funding, managing, or using a card describe the intended automated payment use case.

The agent-compatible onboarding flow exists because software agents cannot present human identity documents, complete a human client-verification flow, or maintain bank accounts.

Access, funding, transactions, and card use remain subject to the applicable service terms, card-network rules, screening controls, and geographic restrictions.

All Services Handled Exclusively by SimplifyLabs

The issuance, activation, funding, management, and use of any virtual cards, including but not limited to KYC/AML verification, client onboarding, identity checks, address verification, source-of-funds verification, transaction monitoring, compliance procedures, card loading, spending limits, and all related processes are performed strictly and solely by SimplifyLabs. Rizz Card has no involvement whatsoever in these processes and assumes zero responsibility for them.

Crypto Screening and Restricted Jurisdictions

Crypto used to fund cards is subject to wallet, transaction, sanctions, and illicit-activity screening by the service provider. Crypto identified as connected to illicit activity, sanctioned persons or addresses, or other prohibited sources will not be permitted and may be rejected or blocked.

Access to and use of the referred services are not permitted from blocked countries or territories. If access or use from a blocked location is detected, the service may be rejected, restricted, suspended, or blocked.
